Qualifying Life Events
Most benefits can only be changed during the annual open enrollment period. However, if you experience a qualifying life event, you can update your elections within 30 days. Be sure to report the event to HR promptly and provide any required documentation so your changes can be processed.

Birth/Adoption
Loss of other Coverage
Marriage, Legal Separation, or Divorce
