Employee Eligibility
Full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits, which begin the first of the month following your hire date. You have 30 days from your start date to make your elections. If you don’t enroll within this period, you will need to wait until the Annual Open Enrollment to select your benefits.
- Spouse: Legally married partner.
- Registered Domestic Partner: Same- or opposite-sex partner sharing your household.
- Children: Biological, adopted, stepchildren, or legal wards; coverage ends the month they turn 26.
- Incapacitated Adult Children: May continue coverage past 26 with proof of disability and dependency.
Dependent Eligibility Verification
You may be required to provide verification documents before your dependents can be added to your coverage. Your dependents will not be enrolled until verification documents are approved. Submit your documents on Paylocity when you enroll.
