401(k) Plan

All employees are eligible to contribute to the plan IMMEDIATELY. Your first day counts!

How can I save?

  • Choose pre-tax, Roth, or a combination
  • Contribute up to the IRS annual limit
  • If you’re 50 or older, you can make catch-up contributions
  • High earners (over $150,000 in FICA wages) age 50+ must make catch-up contributions as Roth

Does Epsilon add to my savings?

Yes! Epsilon matches part of what you contribute:

  • 50% of the first 3% you contribute
  • Plus 25% of the next 2% you contribute

When do I fully own the match?

Your Epsilon match vests over time:

  • Less than 1 year: 0% vested
  • One year, but less than two: 33% vested
  • Two years, but less than three: 66% vested
  • Three years and on: 100% vested

Don’t forget to designate beneficiaries and review annually to make sure all the information is correct.

Epsilon partners with SmartConnect to help you decide whether to stay on Epsilon’s medical plans or switch to Medicare. The program looks at your health, lifestyle, and budget so you can make an informed choice. It’s free for you and your family. When you speak with a SmartConnect agent, you’ll review your current plan, explore available Medicare options, and get help enrolling if you decide to make the switch.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan

The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides eligible employees with an ownership stake in the company. As the company grows and performs well, employee-owners share in that success over time. For more information about eligibility, vesting, and how the plan works, please review the Summary Plan Description (SPD) below.
